Our new-look coffee shop is open Monday-Saturday 10am-3pm, offering top-class drinks, hot and cold snacks and enough oatcakes to tempt the toughest dieters in town.

Housed in the historic former Borough Hall (and with a Grand Piano backdrop), the Gatehouse Coffee Shop offers a unique setting for a catch-up with pals, a chat over a hot drink or just a sandwich to keep you on the go.

Our Wi-Fi has been upgraded and there are plenty of free power points and USB sockets for quick and easy charging.

We’re open from 10am-3pm daily and Freedom Leisure members receive a ten per cent discount on all cafe purchases (so if you have a slice of cake, you can always work it off in the gym later).

So pop in and take a look – we won’t bite (unless you’re a Victoria Sponge).
